BMW of Arlington

I have been very pleased with my BMW service. I have worked specifically with Antares Guy, and he has been helpful, accurate, prompt, kind, fair, and very responsive. It seems that he works directly with the mechanics to determine the best service for my car, then that service is done with care. In the rare event that something is not fixed correctly, everyone at BMW, led by Antares, promptly remedies the situation, and I have not felt overcharged. For instance, once, while BMW was en route to my house to deliver my car and to retrieve the loaner, the driver noticed a warning light. That driver connected with BMW, and Antares contacted me to say why the car would not be delivered. I was able to keep the loaner until the car was repaired. And I found that my car was repaired with excellence. On another, more recent occasion, my signal light malfunctioned again. The repairs were covered by warranty, and I paid nothing, which was a wonderful. Overall, I have been very pleased, so much so that I recommended Antares to my cousin, and I hope to continue working with Antares and his crew.
