Dealership Service Review
I dropped my car off at 11am for the routine oil change. They did not have my car finished when I arrived at 4:50pm I paid my bill and asked where my car was. They gave me keys to someone else's car. I went back in and told them that was not my car. Then I was told by the service advisor that my car was out getting a wash. 25 mins to 6pm I still did not have my car. I went to the front and they told me that they had lost my keys. My car was not cleaned or washed. They just blew me off until I asked why my car was not there. I had an extra set of keys for my car thankfully. I was able to get it. They are going to call me when they find my keys. I am very disappointed in the service and why they could not have been honest with me from the start. No making me sit there worrying about what happened.
