Recall service
Written by 07/12/2023
onNot a good experience. I made an appointment almost a week before to have recall service done on my 2013 Chevy Spark. Mid-morning appointment so I had to set the whole morning aside plus travel across town. Work wasn't done because the service manager had to order the parts and re-schedule me to come back (again) to have the actual work done. I had thought the initial appointment I made WAS to have the work done. I suspect dealerships aren't enthused with recall service but I have to wonder if this would have happened to a regular customer paying to have service done. So...one star at best.
