Dealership Service Review
My first review gives the service department zero stars. I took a chance on MLK Day to take my car in for servicing and inspection. Two service reps were either on the phone or helping other people while another guy was in the service manager office eating lunch. I stayed in my car and tidied up a few things. Before I know it, one of the service guys is gone and the lady that was on the phone was now helping the person who came in after me. When I got out of my car and looked at her, she said, "have you been helped?" Would I be there if I had???? I then told the guy eating lunch that his staff needed to pay better attention to their customers. He went back to his burger. I then scheduled an appointment online and thankfully when I came on the scheduled day, Ann was there. When Ann is there, everything flows smoothly. I know she can't be there 24/7, but everyone else needs to be trained to emulate her.
