Dealership Sales Review
I chose Enterprise because they advertised "No Haggle" pricing. I did the research and chose a car online and went to the dealer to give them the money to have it moved to the Memphis Covington Pike dealership. The sales Manager John Williams got me approved for the purchase of the car and presented me with the paperwork. Upon close examination I was being charged $1500.00 more that the advertised price of the vehicle. The sales manager became disrespectful and said that my information was incorrect. Apparently there are different prices based on the zip code you enter into the Enterprise website based on the delivery charge per state and proximity to dealership.I left the dealership and had to contact the corporate offices to get the price corrected. The corporate representative made it right for me and got me the car I wanted from the fleet and gave me a great price. Buyer Beware!!! Check the price online and make sure you are not being taken advantage of!!!!!
