Dealership Service Review
I purchase a vehicle in September 2022. And there was issues with the molding around my front windshield. I numerous sent text messages & photos to my salesmen and had made three or four trips to the dealership to sign missed paperwork, etc. It has got to the extreme of me, pulling over to fix the molding on my windows. So on January 10 around 11:30 am I stop by the dealership. I was greeted at that time by the front lady . She had stated ti me that the manger was holding a meeting with the salesman personal. So I had a seat & waited until they finished. Upon the completion of the meeting, the store manager a tall African-American man approach me. Ask me my concern I have stated that I was coming up there to get my windshield fixed and to get the brackets to go on my windshield. I told him that I have been coming up here since September to get this procedure done on my vehicle. I explained to him that I was told I was waiting on parts to come in so he stepped away. Spoke with another gentleman they went and looked at my vehicle, came back in and told me give me a moment I think the parts in the back came back shortly to state it was and they want to pull my vehicle around to put the parts on there maybe about 15 to 20 minutes later my vehicle was pull back up front and one of guy for the service department said that the part was fixed properly and the molding around the front window sealed would have to be seen the glass repair on Monday . A Caucasian heavyset build guy with glasses came outside and I say that to him that I have to deal with this issue since September when I purchase it . And as a sense of he say yeah, I remember this vehicle I asked for a car because I needed to leave to make my previous appointment. That was at least 30 minutes away. By the time I’m very frustrated and I’m ready to go. I go back into the building to speak back with the gentleman to get out at a time or to see if I have to made an appointment for Monday repair of my vehicle. Once again, I want to sit down waiting like 10 more minutes went to my vehicle. I called and left a voicemail for this gentleman name Neal ( believe) still to this day I have not received a voicemail or text or email from this guy containing to my vehicle. Later on, I received a call and text message from my sales guy, Steven. He say to me I’ll bring the vehicle back on that Monday to be looked over by the glass repair company that was coming by to look at some other vehicles there at the car lot . So I made preparation to bring my vehicle up there and drop it off when I return to pick my vehicle up about 4:15pm I noticed that there is glue on my front windshield and a small crack. Also the shielding guards on the left and right side are still not sitting on my vehicle. Once again, I sent pictures & videos to my sales guy he apologize and that was the last of it. I am very disturbed on my vehicle being damaged. It may not be a new vehicle to them but it is to me . I still have to be watchful of the shield for them not to come out of place or be blown away within my driving. I truly would not recommend anyone at this time to this dealership. I need a oil change and I had an appointment but I canceled it because the service there just did not sit right with me not asking for the red carpet treatment but treating me as you want to be treated if you needed something done to your vehicle.
