I love to visit the Ford dealership on Mt. Moriah in Memphis, TN. I routinely go there to get my oil changed. It's a lady named Heather who is the absolutely best. Everytime I go there she makes sure that I am 100% satisfied. Her customer service is above and beyond. From now on if Heather isn't there, then I'm going to wait til another day to get my oil changed. I don't want anyone else to help me except her, even though everyone there is nice. Thanks Heather you're the best.
