AutoNation Ford Memphis
Dealership Sales Review
April 9th - Bought a car, a few days later… blown head gasket. Headache to deal with to have it fixed, expensive job. It will take weeks to fix, no towing, no loaner, and no rental. People there not accountable so not trustworthy? Run away from AutoNation Ford Memphis if you can. If you cannot… good luck, or get religious and start praying… Now, I have no car to drive to work, and If I can’t work I have no money to pay the bank. If you can’t pay the bank… you know… this could happen to you tomorrow if you are considering AutoNation. Update 5/23 - Still don't have a car. Someone will leave a "lip-service" reply down here that will go nowhere. I called Sales back and got nowhere, their take on this issue is - "Well, your bad luck". The Service Department thinks you own a favor to them or something. They will make you beg for information. I'm thinking about suing them and/or bring media to the dealership doors and get into 6 o'clock news cycle. Not good, bad ethics and Incompetent bunch... But, you meet the general manager Dion Harrison and try to reason with. You realize why Autonation Ford Memphis is so incompetent, is the GM.
