Slow as Always

onThey are horribly slow in the service department. Every single time (every 5,000 miles and am at 60,000) they take over an hour to do whatever is needed. Sometimes that is basic checks with no oil change. And my car usually sits in the lot after service for 15+ minutes before they check me out. Do that stuff while the car is being worked on. A waste of time! I learned my lesson about prepaying for the services to 100,000 miles….
