Never deal with Nancy in the Service Department

Our truck was vandalized, and per our insurance, was towed to Marchant. We were told the party was very rare (there was only one in the whole country and it was in Kentucky) and it would take 6 days to get it. What? But okay it has to be fixed. We were in the process of moving to Texas, and I had a job interview and a doctor appointment scheduled on Monday, but since the truck would not be ready until Wednesday, rescheduled. Had the electric scheduled to be turned off, but got an extension. We would wait. On the morning that the truck was promised, we took our loaner truck and got a trailer, packed the house up, ready to take off as soon as the repair was done. about 3 pm I suggested my husband call and see when the truck would be done. He was then told that the part would not be available until the 27th....another week! When were they planning on telling us this change in plans? I'm sitting in a house that someone else is moving into in a few days, with everything packed in a uhaul with no electricity, and obviously this was okay. Bottom line we moved with a borrowed truck. Christmas eve in the afternoon we get a perky phone call saying our truck was 90% done and when would we be in to pick it up? We had told you we were moving to Texas, and you expect us in 20 minutes? So we took Christmas Day and drove back to SC, and turned around and drove our truck back to Texas. VERY expensive trip. And unnecessary if we had been told what we could expect to begin with. The truck is fixed, runs. I have no issue with the repair person who fixed it. But dealing with 'customer service' was a joke. A very bad joke. Never deal with Nancy if you can avoid it. And even if you have to pay more for towing, if you can take your vehicle to another dealership for repairs, I strongly urge you to do it!

Looking at this review, and the sales reviews, I wonder why they are only accessible here, and not on the actual Marchant site, which is where people would look for "testimonials". On that site are 4 raving reviews of the dealership, but there is no way to post on that site. Who is going to look here? I posted here, since I needed to let someone know about our horrible experience. But no one else will see it, or the sales reviews. Sad that this company gives customers the chance to review the dealership, but only where few will look
