No follow-up, don’t seem interested in my problems

onCalled for direction when ‘check engine’ light came on…service said they would call me back…after no call back, 7 days later I called and was told to bring the car in, but they couldn’t look at it for at least 7 days, maybe longer. I ended up towing the vehicle to the dealership. We called Hyundai National Service to get a rental car…they followed up 10 days later. We have owned 4 Hyundais and this will be our last, needless to say.
