onMy car's notification for its first maintenance service started alerting me a couple of months before I could even get an appointment. They also told me it could take 2-3 hours because they are that busy. However, I was relieved that it was only an hour, which they assured me at check-in. The car was returned to me washed and vacuumed too--a nice surprise! The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. It turned out to be a good experience! I now have future appointment reminders set up on my calendar so I get on the schedule in a timely manner!
