Dealership Service Review
Car needed to be assessed and fixed. Took over a month to be even seen, despite being told it'd be looked at and an estimate given after 7-14 days. No one ever answered in service dept. No one ever responded to my messages. No one informed me qhy it took a month with no contact. Husband dealt with the rest once they did suddenly start working on the car. Inconsistent communication. A lot of blaming our insurance for delays (despite proof of our insurance being on top of everything). The manager even became annoyed with us for asking why there were so many delays, excuses, and lacking communication - she never even followed up with us after she said she would. 3 months before we got our car back and the damage was NOT that bad. When we did, we had to immediately return it (via tow truck) due to incomplete work done on the car. We do NOT trust their work. Their care and quality is awful.
