I went into this small and rather shabby dealership about three years ago when shopping for an S40. They had little inventory, but I was certainly willing to place a special order for the car. The salesman I drew was not terribly bright and kept insisting that I get an S80 instead of an S40 because the pricing and financing terms were much more advantageous. He was certainly right about that, but he just didn't seem to be able to get his head around what I actually wanted in a Volvo. My wife and I walked out and never went back. The first rule in sales is to listen to your customer.
