Absolutely outstanding service team. Greeted by several folks a I drove in the service bay. Everyone seemed happy with their tasks. My service advisor,Mike L., was completely knowledgeable about my past service history and, though much of this visit was routine, asked several diagnostice questions about my experience to date with this new 2012 Lacrosse. One special issue an intermittent heating system variability was thoroughly examined, including a complete software check. No problems emerged. The remainder of the service visit was a great expeience. I left completely satisfied by this visit and will monitor the heating system if any further problems occur. This service team is extraordinary and deserves commendation for a great customer focused visit.
