I made a 7:30 drop off appt. for an inspection figuring it takes a while. Picked up by the wife and ran errands in woonsocket ,shopped, walked a little etc. Called 5 hours later and the truck had not even been in yet. without my call it still would have been a while and as it was it was still 6 hours. I made an appointment weeks in advance, not to have everyone put on the oil change waiters list. Maybe do like the Ford dealers do and put in something like their Quick Lane.
