Wanted to let everyone know about my recent service experience at the Hurd Auto Mall. It was fantastic. My service advisor, Bob Machado, took all my information, gave me an estimate for the time involved and the approximate cost. My car was fixed within the time allowed and there were no surprises on my bill. They get five stars from me.
