I would mention two highlights of the sale: 1. No nagging sales person sitting next to me during the test drive, trying to sell the car with every turn that I took. The test drive experience was cool as the sales executive Judson Sumbler just gave us the keys and didn't accompany us! Gave me a lot of space and time to make up my mind about buying the car. 2. No pressure on selling the car the same day I did quite a bit of research on the cars that Piazza Mazda held, before I stepped into the dealership. I made it quite apparent that test drive that was going to be my final step. Inspite of that I felt that the sale was not thrust upon me and I could pick and choose the pick up date for the car. I liked a particular car in another dealership too.. but they were sort of pushed it at me making me take a step back and turn their offer down. I did feel that there was scope for improvement in one area. In spite of having all the documents ready, not haggling for last minute price reduction, not getting financing through dealership and arriving at the dealership at a not so crowded time of the day, it was atleast an hour and a half by the time I got the car keys.
