Mercedes-Benz of West Chester

I was interested in buying a vehicle from this dealership b/c it was near my home. I read the reviews and decided to ask them why the reviews were so universally bad and did they make good on the complaints. The general manager said that's the way they do business and if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. Wow! And they haven't even sold me a car yet! STAY AWAY. The reviews are right.
