Faulkner Toyota Trevose

I recently bought a new Avalon thru Marc Handelsman. This experience was so very different from the last time I bought a car. Last time there was a bunch of back and forth with the sales person and the Sales Manager. It felt like it was me against them. That did not happen with Marc. It was clear from the beginning that we were on the same side. I felt as though he understood my needs and where I wanted to be. It was a great experience this time around and I actually felt great about my purchase when I left the dealership.
