Ciocca Ford of Souderton

After researching several different vehicles from different companies, I finally was set on purchasing a 2016 Ford Focus ST. I also researched for several months on how to get the best deal on one and also what to watch out for when going through the car buying process. Prior to visiting Ciocca Ford of Souderton, I visited over 9 different Ford dealerships in the 100 mile radius looking for the best deal. Unfortunately, a lot of the dealerships I visited were somewhat deceiving and I honestly did not believe that they deserved my business. After being disappointed, I decided to visit Ciocca which is only 10 minutes away from my house to see if they could offer me something new. The salesman that helped me was Dan Hughes and he was the most straight forward and honest salesman that I had come across. In fact, every person at that dealership was very honest and had excellent customer service. It was really refreshing that dealerships like this exist after having a negative experience at others. This was my first new car purchase ever and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The finance manager, Luke, was also spectacular and answered every question I had thoughtfully. Ciocca Ford of Souderton has gained a customer for life and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
