The whole Ciocca Dealership team was so helpful and professional. I especially liked that they listened to my vehicle needs from the outset, with Kaitlyn in online sales. She provided lots of information, then set up my in-person dealership appointment when asked — even sent me info on how to find dealership since I was unfamiliar with the area. I also liked that as a dealership in the city — South Philadelphia — they offered the advantage of a reserved parking spot at the front door, from which my car was valeted inside, both for safety and a trade-in evaluation. Then I met in-person sales people. The only thing I didn’t like was that I was shifted between 2 sales people before I was settled with a third. But Ken turned out to be very good. He showed me 3 cars that I had expressed interest in, then a 4th that was his suggestion. We moved on to test drives and vehicle comparisons; Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. Once I chose a car, we began price negotiation, a process that was easier than expected. Since the sales managers are located at a counter in the showroom (not in some hidden office), I liked that customer offer considerations are handled quickly right there. Once we agreed on price, I met with Aio who efficiently handled paperwork, payment, and offered additional warranties. Then Avery, Ciocca’s product specialist (wonderfully well-versed in all Subaru products) spent a significant amount of time giving me an in-person tutorial on every feature of my 2024 Subaru Ascent Limited — and there were quite a few to learn! Avery even compared features of this new car to my trade-in Subaru Forester to make the transition smooth. I really liked this extra attention to detail. Finally, Ken and Avery brought my trade-in nearby, and then transferred all of my personal belongings to the new car. They even secured my puppy’s car seat in the new vehicle. So kind! I drove my new car home, feeling that I had received great service from all, and was very satisfied. Plus, I love my Subaru Ascent Limited. P.S. Did I mention that Ciocca is the largest Subaru dealership in the country, that their facility is huge and amazing, and that every car for sale is located inside, so vehicles can be reviewed in complete indoor comfort, no matter the weather? I was impressed. Very different and positive experience.
