I had a very bad experience on Sat April 25, 2015 at JL Freed Honda dealership, I was dealing with Salesman Chris B for 2 cars and we had a good discussion regarding pricing and a this guy Sean L jumped into the conversation with his arrogant attitude and treated us with very badly.He made us feel as if we were discriminated for Racism. We were planning to spend almost $56,000 with them for two cars obviously we need some time to think and plan and judge everything. This guy Sean said, " you are wasting our Saturday. " if ALL CUSTOMERS ARE WASTING HIS TIME then what he doing there, what kind of business he is running. We were ready to to hit the deal but his attitude really [non-permissible content removed] us off. You cannot deal with customers like this -"ABSOLUTElY NOT ACCEPTED". Its shame on the company they have untrained staff which give bad reputation to the well established 180 yr old company fist i was impressed by the name and reputation of this company but the customer service still need a lot of work. I m very disappointed. Later we went to Conicelli Honda dealership were we hit our deal with BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAY LOWER PRICE THAN
