JL Freed Honda

I spoke to a few dealerhships and I was given the usual sales BS from several shark-like car salesmen tyring to make a buck. However, I kept shopping around online and calling dealerships until I found JL Freed Honda and then life became simple. This is my first brand new car buy ever. I was extremely nervous, but all the staff at JL Freed Honda from receptionist to sales person were friendly, customer-service oriented and eager to provide me with whatever I needed to find the right car at the right price. I already knew the car I wanted so I just needed a couple of estimates and about a million questions answered. No matter how many times I called, no matter how many emails went back and forth, and no matter how nervous and nearly impossible at moments I was to deal with, this dealership was unbelievably friendly, utterly patient and superbly efficient. Their refreshingly candid and non-pushy sales approach was worth my driving an hour and 44 minutes. I highly recommend JL Freed Honda to anyone that wants to be helped and not pushed to buy a car...to anyone that needs service and not attitude... and mostly to anyone that just needs a dealer that has integrity and is straightforward.
