I am a long time and loyal Ford customer who is thrilled with my 2016 Escape. Very pleased with the sales and service provided by Keller Brother Ford, Lititz, PA. Salesman Rick Pontz is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Their finance office is efficient. I fully trust the service team maintaining my vehicle.
