Recently we needed to upgrade and my wife was concerned that she wouldn’t be able to feel comfortable driving a Bronco, but really liked one they had on the lot. Diana took her time and interacted with my wife as they spent the needed time driving and allowing my wife to get comfortable with the Bronco. In our opinion, Diana really went the extra mile and it was a true blessing to us. I’ve purchased many cars from Diana over the years, she knows her products well & is just a blessing to work with.
