Keller Bros Ford Lititz

We were very pleased with our shopping experience at Keller Bros. Ford in Lititz, PA. Our salesperson Brenna was excellent - very attentive and knowledgeable without being at all pushy or aggressive, which I greatly appreciated. I've walked out of dealerships when someone puts on the "hard sell". Communications with Brenna was prompt and clear, everything with loan processing went according to plan ... the finance fellow and dealership manager couldn't have been friendlier or more genuine. Just a really good experience and we are loving the car. I've been a Ford guy all my adult life. Had an Expedition for 16 years, have had my Mustang for 11 years, and just traded a 9-year old Explorer for my 2023 model. Just finished a 2200 mile trip to Florida and back - what a beautiful riding vehicle. Averaged 24 mpg down and back, despite traveling 81 through the mountains of Virginia and the Carolinas. The Eco-Boost I4 engine is no joke. Plenty of juice whenever I needed it.
