Linda from the internet department responded to my request quickly and professionally she was a pleasure to work with. She worked hard to get me the best price and options that I wanted. She was up front and honest, when we finally spoke on the phone she was no different. Didn’t push to make a deal, didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase. It was truly a great experience dealing with everything on line and over the phone. All we had to do was go in view the car and decide for sure if we wanted it. Todd, one of Linda’s staff assisted us when we finally went down to view and purchase the care he was to was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Very up front and honest with everything he did. If I ever have to purchase another vehicle I will definitely go back to their website and do things the same way. Some of the dealers I contacted via the internet still have not responded can’t wait to inform them they missed their chance. I did have a small problem during the financing part of things however my concerns were addressed quickly and problem was resolved to my liking.
