Dealership Sales Review
I do not like buying cars-- the last time I had done so was literally 25 years ago. I purchase them for cash, and then drive them until the wheels fall off. I also had never considered purchasing a used car before. However, car prices have sky-rocketed, and there was a 2019 Subaru Impreza with less than 10,000 miles on it at BMW of the Main Line. I called that morning about the car, which I'd seen advertised, intending just to test drive it. I drove away as its new owner it at the end of the day. The salesperson was Louise, and she was great. Very patient, answered all of my questions, took me for a lengthy test drive, in traffic, on the Schuylkill, on windy and hilly roads. I was certainly not one of their high-end customers, they were not going to be selling me a $100,000 BMW. But I was treated as if I was. There was no high-pressure tactics, they were willing to negotiate the price, and I got the feeling that they know that having a satisfied customer is always good business-- you never know who they will be sending to that company. I would highly recommend them!
