The dealership was a bit tricky to find and perhaps better directions could be given to those directionally dysfunctional, like me, that are not familiar with Wilsonville. I was greeted immediately but there was some initial confusion on which salesman would serve me. I had made an appointment and a salesman and the vehicles I was interested in were identified. I was a bit surprised that a salesman had to be found and the vehicles made available. After my initial interaction the sailing was smooth, very smooth indeed. The salesperson demonstrated a personal interest in me and a professional interest in helping me find the right car. My questions were answered and there was no pressure to make decisions I was not comfortable with. With the help of Wilsonville Subaru I absolutely found the right car for me.
