Excellent experience with Johannes

We recently traded in an older BMW for a 2014 i3. Not having any background knowledge of electric vehicles, we found our salesman Johannes to be a wonderful resource, and thoroughly enjoyed our test drive and introduction to the vehicle. We can't say enough about his knowledge, charm, and great service. We will definitely recommend Johannes and Lithia BMW to our friends, and will plan to buy from them again in the future.
