If this review were based on repairs it would be a five star rating! Wow! I have never heard such UN-professionalism in a professional atmosphere. The female service adviser (I think her name is Trish) was less than knowledgeable about what I thought was a simple service question, misinformed me about the work needed and extremely catty about her co-workers. I do not wish to reveal my name or vehicles as I don't trust her to remain professional when I return. I respect your service crew and their work but I truly feel for them having to work with a woman like that. She belongs in high school. Not working where communication is so important. I am a small business owner and would NEVER tolerate an employee who caused as much chaos as I'm sure she does, because as we all know - rudeness is worse behind closed doors, luckily for me, I was able to watch her in action. I am a long time customer and have seen her in action a few times. I return despite her and your reputation as I know how it is to have a bad experience turn into extreme exaggeration, but I assure you, there is no exaggeration needed when describing her. As someone who works with the public, I advise you to send her somewhere to get some customer care training and hopefully that will carry over to her treatment of her co-workers. Maybe she's the reason for your bad rep??
