Sales team (Brian especially) was patient, friendly, understanding and listened to my needs and wants. I was extremely happy that there was "NOT" usual pressure tactics. I let them know where I needed to be on price for both my trade in and price of the truck (and I admit that I was high on the trade in and low on the purchase price), Lithia did everything in there power to make that happen, even though we did not hit my exact price they got really, really close again without the pressure. I drove off the lot (in my new used truck) feeling empowered but best of all like I was treated good and got a good deal.
