Headlight adjustment

Went in to get the headlights adjusted and they said they couldn't. Didn't even ask if it was under warranty. They knew it was. I found out later that it is a common problem - highlights are too high. Another dealer adjusted them but charged me because the original dealer put a lift kit on it.

We would love to have a conversation with this customer if they are willing to identify themselves. Dealer that “lifted” the vehicle probably should have adjusted headlights which is possible depending on model. Sometimes a warranty does not apply if a modification has been done which we could help with as well.
