I've had nothing but superior service here, in the three years I've been a customer. Extremely helpful and friendly staff at all levels, from check-in, to the store, to mechanics, to shuttle drivers. The shop is pristine, state-of-the art, and every major service includes a free, expert car wash. A far cry from the grime and sloppiness of Subaru's East Bay shops. I dreaded every service experience for years. Caveat: my car is only 3 years old, so service has been routine, and I can't comment on SOS work with older models. Still, these guys inspire trust.
