Greg was the first sales rep we encountered and took us through the whole experience from test drive to final contract. Made us feel comfortable throughout he whole process. Graciously allowed us to confirm the Highlander would fit in our garage and my bike would fit in the cargo compartment. After the sale he notified us that we had left money in one of our trade-ins, then took us to the storage lot to recover money from the other trade-in. Cheerfully deleted our Homelink and navigation info. He and the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful, a breath of fresh air as opposed to prior experience we had at other dealerships. On top of everything, we found exactly the model we wanted on the lot, and the car exceeded our expectations.
