Howard listened to what I wanted, and found a couple Jeeps that met my criteria. I found that other dealers attempted to just show me how whatever Jeep they had in their inventory met some of my criteria and then tried to convince me that I wanted their Jeep. I appreciate that Howard listened, asked questions, and then found what I was looking for. The actual transaction was fairly smooth, but there were a couple bumps: I think vacation time slowed our communications a bit, my contact number got mistranslated during handoff to a co-worker, and the transport trailer had a mechanical issue, so they drove my Jeep to deliver it to me and put 800 miles on it in the process, which was a little disappointing, given I was not in a rush. That said, the process was generally efficient and professional. Id do business with them and specifically Howard again.
