Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls

This purchase was the second car that I purchased since the ford dealership in Klamath Falls became Lithia. Both were to my satisfaction. I plan on making another purchase of a new car soon for my wife and plan on going threw this dealer and Robert the salesman. There was a error made on the contract when I| purchased the Edge. The error was corrected Quickly which impressed me. All involved with my purchasee was very professonal yet down to earth which made me feel like i was part of the lithia family. In closing I would like to thank Lithia ford coming to Klamath falls I am a ford man and did not want to go out of this town to have to go buy a new ford.
