I had an unsafe situation going on with my car, and I needed it taken care of especially with the winter weather so, I called to schedule an appt and the service dept was able to work with my work schedule. I appreciated that. I also received an email from Lithia reminding me of service needed on my car, and so I was able to have the service taken care of at the same time.
