I've been bringing my Durango's to Lithia for years and the service department really goes above and beyond to take care their customers needs. I just took my Durango down for it's scheduled oil change and the experience is ALWAYS top notch ! John in the oil change department should get a raise, any concerns or questions I have he always goes above and beyond. Great employee, just saying companies need more like John!! Thank you once again Troy Westlake
