onAlex kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle during their investigation and price impacts. When it appeared they would need my vehicle for one more day, they gave me a loaner so I could come and go in a manner that was better for my work and personal schedule. Alex was very thoughtful of my needs as a customer.
