First they understood that we both would purchase--Jean and Myrth. Rachel C. was the first contact on the web and phone. She was SWIFT and yet not pushy while not overstating what she was not responsible for deciding. She connected us with Anthony. He called to confirm the appointment. They met a fair price for the new car and a fair price for the trade in. Anthony was honest, direct, and good natured while being knowledgeable. Matt was also great and answered our "deal" questions clearly.
