Gresham Toyota

Excellent customer service with Gresham Toyota after looking elsewhere with no luck. I had been looking to purchase a new RAV4 Hybrid for over six months, and had a specific color and options that I wanted. I had been to three other dealerships previously and contacted at least 10 others via email and phone. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back, or they tried to offer me cars that did not have the options that I had requested. I even ordered the exact car I wanted from another dealership, and after waiting 2 months without getting any updates along the way, when it showed up, it did not have one of the packages I had requested. I was so fed up and ready to quit looking for a new car. I finally contacted Gresham Toyota and worked with Dan Roemmich. He searched for the exact car I wanted, and when it was not available anywhere, he ordered it for me through the factory. He updated me frequently throughout the entire process and provided excellent customer service along the way. I had been very disappointed and frustrated in working with other sales associates at other dealerships, but had a terrific experience with Dan. I will definitely be sending anyone I know of that is looking for a Toyota his way!
