Went to purchase my new Kia and they did their usual add the world on. Said I HAD to accept the $1000 paint protection. I said no and they demanded it isnt optional. Proceeded to say we will reduce it to $699 and give you another $500 in rebates that I was already eligible for. Said if I want the car I have to take it not optional. Will NEVER refer them. Kia site states it absolutely is not mandatory. Its an optional add on.
