Dealership Sales Review
The sales and other staff were very friendly and professional. The terrible experience stemmed from the price negotiation, as it often does. I had a platinum Ford Expedition in good condition and I knew from market research it would probably sell at a dealership for in the low $20,000s. I am pragmatic and understand the let need to make a profit so I was hoping to get $18,000. They came back with $12,000 and I was astounded. I finally got them up to $14,000 but could not hold out as I had my 5 children there and we needed the vehicle and they said they had someone coming to look at the vehicle. It was very disheartening to then see the dealership then list the vehicle for over $23,000. I know they need margin and I am definitely ok with that on a trade in but the dishonesty and taking advantage of my situation was terrible and they should be ashamed.
