Dealership Sales Review
No pressure sales staff really listened to my needs - both in a vehicle and in a financing arrangement. I went in with the intention of buying a car and an idea of what car I wanted, and yet the salesperson was patient with allowing me to test drive more than one vehicle, and spent quite a bit of time with me going over my options for financing. He went back to his manager over a half-dozen times with "tweeks" to the deal in an attempt to get me the best value for my trade, the best financing rate and the best price on the car. I know that his goal was to sell a car, but I never felt that his goal got in the way of this process - I felt that the "sale" was secondary to my needs and satisfaction. --and, even after the sale was complete, the salesperson was still available to answer follow-up questions with patience and kindness.
