We scheduled a morning appointment as a second appointment was scheduled for the afternoon for another purpose. We had an oil change added that morning if there was time. After more than 2 1/2 hours we asked how things were going and were told the oil change was complete. When we inquired about the ignition check, the purpose of our appointment, we were told they had yet to put it on the diagnostic tester which would take 4 hours! Since this coincided with our second appointment, the time which was set a week earlier when we asked when the work would be completed we had to forego the main purpose of our visit. (We live more than an hour away from Eugene.). Needless to say we will not be returning.
