We recently took our car in for an AIr Bag recall repair. This particular visit to the Honda dealership was stellar! The customer service was excellent, which is very important to me. My husband and I appreciated the "extra mile" and the attention to detail that we observed was given to us and our car by the service rep. Vernon. He noticed a couple of issues with the car in the course of him checking the car in for the repair and returning the car to us for pick up. It was refreshing to know that he was really paying attention to our car and to us, and not just rushing people through. Thank-you!
