Elizabeth Anderson was our salesperson, and she did a fabulous job. We are educated buyers, and we knew we wanted a 2016 Honda Civic LX. We had done our homework, knew approximate dealer cost, trade-in value range for our old Civic, and had our figures. We asked Elizabeth to provide quotes, and she exceeded our numbers, which she did not know. She was courteous, professional, answered all questions, and took us on an excellent test drive.
