The sales staff at Kendall were very knowledgable and helpful. No pressure what so ever. Went out of his way to make sure we understood how all the instruments and gauges worked. Even acknowledged me when I brought it back to have my dealer options installed (running boards and undercoating). I have had an experience at a previous dealer that barely gave me the time of day the very next day after purchasing a new vehicle.
